The 239 Inspection Services team has proudly served Southwest Florida since 1994, arming buyers with information about the condition of the homes they intend to purchase. All our inspectors are individually licensed by the state of Florida and have passed detailed background checks. They have all earned the Certified Professional Inspector (CPI®) designation and are accredited members of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), where they were taught to follow the highest industry standards. Our inspection reports are easy to read and include color photographs, as well as explanations of our findings that are thorough and concise.
